Maintenance Supervisor III

Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Upkeep of the building and equipment (including offices)Manage the equipment PM program & ammonia PSM program.
Manage the work and performance of the maintenance, MHE, battery & millwright shop associates.
Interface with vendors as necessaryInterface with inspectors (FDA, Fire, County) as necessaryMaintain the building within code (Fire, OSHA, etc.
) as necessary.
Manage the pest control program.
Manage and monitor the refrigeration equipment.
Consult with the warehouse teams on material handling equipment selection.
Assist the other warehouses in the network with process compliance (fire safety, pest control, SQF, etc.
)Fill-in / rotate as necessary at other warehouses in the networkPeriodic inspections of the organizational warehouses for compliance in documentation and processesGate keeper for EAM system (performance & tracking software)24/7 responsibility of Maintenance Operations Essential SkillsQualifications (the following are preferred or desired unless specifically stated):
High School degree5 years' experience Electrical certification, HVAC certification, Plumbing certification preferred.
