System Engineer Level 1

Serves as a mission enabler for the section and provides the following critical support functions:
system testing and evaluation, tailored system and operation training, system security, lab management, property accountability and fielding logistical support.
Requires considerable experience in national and tactical dataflow activities.
Knowledge of tactical collection systems.
Experience with the following applications:
NIAGARAFILES, KEYCARD, SSDM, METTLESOME, XKEYSCORE, TURNWEALTY, ELK Stack.
Knowledge of various data formats and mapping them to agency formats.
Labor Category Requirements:
Analyzes user s requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.
Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
Develops technical documentation.
Develops system Architecture and system design documentation.
Guides system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
Ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives Domain Area(s) Specialized Requirements:
Service Industry:
Formal training or experience on agile engineering methodologies, processes, and technologies.
SIGINT:
SE for SIGINT systems on LINUX and Windows Platforms; SE Experience with SIGINT systems; experience with VLF/HF/VHF/UHF Signal Collection Systems such as or similar to GLAIVE; experience with HF/VHF/UHF DF theory/techniques and systems such as BORESIGHT and GLAIVE.
Seven (7) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor s degree TSSCI with Polygraph Clearance Required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
