Project Engineer

TAI is seeking a Project Engineer for our client in Jessup, MD.
The Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting production operations by troubleshooting process deviations, implementing process improvements, and installing, maintaining and improving the manufacturing equipment at the facility.
The manufacturing operations are equipped with innovative cleaning, milling, blending and packaging systems.
Responsibilities:
Support production operations by troubleshooting process deviations, implementing improvements in existing processes, installing & supporting new technologies, and providing engineering guidance.
Develop, manage, and implement capital projects.
Incumbent will direct contract electrical maintenance.
Work collaboratively with the Operations and Maintenance departments.
Provide technical support in the acquisition, installation, operation, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing equipment.
Research new industry developments in engineering techniques, machines, equipment, materials, etc.
and incorporate the innovations to existing operations.
Develop departmental and plant objectives in areas of Safety, Quality, Sanitation and Overall Equipment Effectiveness to drive growth.
Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards are incorporated into new designs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering 2
years of industrial engineering experience Ability to read, interpret, and create engineering drawings Capital and plant operations (maintenance) project management Fundamental knowledge of low voltage industrial controls and power distribution Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable working in an industrial environment Excellent Computer Skills:
Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook Proficiency in AutoCAD or Solidworks Preferred
Qualifications:
HAZOP and process hazard analysis NFPA 70e awareness training Formal training in root cause investigation methodology Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory agencies (OSHA, FDA, EPA) Experience in an engineering role within an agricultural or food processing environment Experience with milling, mixing and packaging equipment.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
