Project Manager IV

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate definition of solution requirements according to customer needs
  • Work with team members to provide work direction, technical advice, action item tracking and project status reporting
  • Plan and schedule project commitments and coordinate staff member assignments
  • Provide team leadership and critical review for assigned projects
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports to be submitted to program management on all assigned projects
  • Prepare and deliver regular customer and business briefings on project plans and status
  • Collaborate with both internal and external customer suppliers and partners to ensure meeting schedules and cost constraints
  • Develop and manage to program budgets and align work plans with relevant partners
  • Work closely with all functions (hardware, software, test, program management, and manufacturing) in developing project plans
  • Lead multiple projects
  • Follow the LGS Product Lifecycle process for new product development and upgrades to released products
  • Perform work under limited direction
  • Travel to other LGS Locations or Customer Sites as necessary
  • Understand, adhere to, and promote all LGS ethics and compliance policies
  • Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to LGS EH&S policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Obtain/retain a government security clearance at the level to perform the job (requires U. S. Citizenship)

Skills and Knowledge:

  • A demonstrated ability to provide strong customer focused leadership in the delivery of technically complex solutions with a highly skilled team is required.
  • Strong communication and influence skills
  • Must be comfortable managing challenging customer engagements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software applications and other software applications as required, including Microsoft Project & PowerPoint

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in technical field and 6-8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of educations, skills, and experience
  • PMP Certification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
