Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the oversight of the Records and Information Management (RIM) program. The PM ensures schedules are met and system resources are used effectively. The PM is responsible for the overall guidance of the RIM program resources and accountable for the quality and timely delivery of contractual items. The PM serves as the coordination point for communication to the customer.
This position works closely with the Onsite Assistant Program Manager and District Operations team to plan, coordinate and oversee the RIM program under the direction of the customer.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the RIM program.
Serves as a direct point of contact for the customer.
Serves as a direct liaison for the customer's governance team for questions or concerns relating to any aspect of the program.
Ensures all defined processes and procedures are being followed and all activities are conducted with integrity and in accordance with defined procedures.Serves as a liaison with districts/division to ensure that proper resources are available along with troubleshooting through operational issues/concerns as they arise.Utilizes reporting tools to measure quality and compliance to program requirements.Provides program reporting on a scheduled basis.Monitors the Service Level Agreements (SLA) responsiveness and engage with operations as necessary to promote timeliness.Reports issues and concerns to IM leadership and customer's governance team.Qualifications
Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Thorough knowledge in the field of records and information management
Thorough knowledge of Accutrac. Training provided.
Strong organization and planning skills
Ability to communicate clearly to customers in an implementation support role
Ability to apply decisions, and to think in broad terms, considering the impact of decisions across the entire company.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the Iron Mountain Enterprise as well as across horizontal and vertical levels within a customer's organization.
Excellent written, oral and formal presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues in a complex environment.

Proficiency in computer skills in a PC environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
