Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Candidate will define and develop a customer service standard and implement outreach and follow up for Information Technology (IT) Refresh and Reset Program in accordance with contractual requirements to implement corrective action as needed. Interfaces with customers at worldwide locations to identify strengths and opportunities and resolve quality problems or technical concerns. Candidate will consolidate information to implement training solutions. May provide work leadership, training across departments for other team members.
You will ensure that problems have been properly identified and solutions will satisfy the customer?s requirements.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent. Five (5) years of additional engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor?s degree.?
Five + years of specific experience in Customer Service and Outreach, Delivery Assurance or Continuous Improvement experience ensuring client and end user experience meets requirements.
Experience leading various staff at different levels for ensuring quality assurance, best practices and service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience documenting quality assurance requirements and leave behind material creation.
Experience with End User Communication, Survey Analysis and Creation and End User Training Development and Support.
Expertise providing strong written and verbal communication.

Security Requirements: Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with SSBI within 5 years to be considered and must obtain and maintain a polygraph. Candidates with fully adjudicated polygraphs will be given first preference.

Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience. Customer service experience in a telecommunications, high tech, or electronics environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
