Operations Manager

As anOperations Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership of alloperating processes for a remote depot including meeting the organizational standards in people leadership, customer service, safety,quality, operational excellence and financial performance.
Key Accountability:
People Leadership: Develop, manage and coaching a team of Service Technicians,Delivery Service Drivers and Warehouse Associates to high performance. Workforce planning, training and on boarding of new/transferred employees aswell as engagement, performance management, recognition, development andcoaching.
P&L Management: Overall operational financial performance. Meets andcontrols operating expenses and established targets. Manages operating P&Lbudgets/metrics and understands how production expenditures/costs impactsbusiness margins and pricing. Forecasts overall volume of service anddelivery and inventory costs/turns.
Customer Service & Reliability: Sets and deploys operationalpriorities. Collaborates with functional partners to ensure ability tomeet customer demand. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
