SPR Operations Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities Manages the operation and its employees in the Customer Service, Purchasing and Warehouse departments.
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees planning, assigning, and directing work appraising performance rewarding and disciplining employees
Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Standard Pay Range: Salary
Standard Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of WMS software Order processing systems Payroll systems and Advanced Word, Excel and Power Point.

The employee is frequently required to stand walk and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.

The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
