Our corporate headquarters is in search of an energetic, motivated, Sales & Marketing Analyst who is interested in joining our dynamic team.
This role will compile and maintain a comprehensive range of sales and marketing data required to support strategy development, plan execution, and management reporting for manufactured equipment. The successful candidate will have strong marketing, quantitative, software, analytical, communication, business leadership, financial, and presentation skills combined with a genuine passion for pursuing the underlying metrics that quantify the key drivers of our performance from the end user back through the channel and to the business.
Support the field force effectiveness analysis i.e. customer targeting & segmentation, analytic evaluation of sales initiatives and resource allocation, sales forecasting and launch support, ad hoc analytic support.
Provide Customer Development related analytical support through proactive identification of business opportunities utilizing various data sources.
Support the team in business & financial simulations for resource, account and initiative prioritization and activation.
Target identification and tracking results back to business.
Provide support of the translation of commercial plans into channel/customer sales execution plans, targets and quantitative objectives.
Provide support in preparing business presentations and reviews for C-suite level at National Accounts HQs.
Perform contract compliance measurement, discussions and actions.
Maintain opportunity data, incl. account size data.
Collect, synthesize and support cross functional process with business partners to evaluate competitive information.
Central point of analytic support for sales and marketing initiatives.
Populate business review templates and generate customer reports.
Maintain contract compliance measurement reports, measure against account opportunity.
Bachelors Degree (engineering, computer science, economics, finance, statistics, mathematics)
required.MBA preferred.
3 years of professional analytic experience with marketing data required.
Significant computing and /or programming experience using Access, SQL, Excel, Visual
Basic Application (VBA) with proven ability to synthesize, manipulate and analyze large &
disperse data sources to holistically answer business questions.
Strong problem solving skills.
Ability to create sustainable reports & processes in Excel to support challenging business
Ability to create and assess sales performance trends against targets.
Very strong conceptual thinking and analytical ability paired with good business acumen.
Self starter, independent thinker, action -oriented, strong drive for results, passion to win.
Customer focused, skilled to build and foster effective peer relationships, proven ability
to effectively collaborate across functional areas.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
