Summary:
The Service Route Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, dispatching, scheduling, and assigning service cases to our Service Technicians with maximum efficiency.
This requires the candidate to have adequate time management skills and the ability to nurture effective relationships with clients.
The role will be within an extremely fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Essential Functions:
Partner with other members of the service department to prepare the service schedule.
Maintain service route schedule and dispatching service techs to ensure that client commitments are met.
Continually adjust schedules/routes within Package Ai for each service tech to reflect current and future needs up to and including new requests received.
Schedule service techs to calls based on the skills required and the nature, location, and urgency of the call, while simultaneously maintaining cost effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Adhere to scheduling guidelines and service ticket priority to manage schedule.
Follow up with service techs as needed to ensure that service tickets are being updated in a timely manner.
Escalates any client or service tech issues to management for resolution.
Establishes and grows positive working relationships with other members of the service department, service techs, and clients alike.

Qualification Requirements:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Minimum of two (2) years' experience coordinating and scheduling service requests in the appliance industry or a similar contracting industry preferred (i.
e.
facility services, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
Experience with Package Ai, CRMs, and Google Workspace products.
Must be well-organized, analytical, and attentive to detail.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and deal with uncertainty Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Courteous and friendly with high level of professionalism.
Willingness to follow procedures and adhere to policies.
Able to actively listen to customer needs and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
